The 1st CBD Cup Thailand in 2025: Everything You Need to Know

Cenk Cetin

This one’s close to our hearts.

We’re excited to share that CBD Cup 2025 is officially launching in Thailand — and it’s more than just another event. It’s the first proper, educational campaign focused entirely on CBD powered by Phuket Cannabis Association, built for real people, not just industry insiders. And we’re proud that cbd.co.th is joining as a media partner, even before our own launch.

Why This Matters

CBD has been legal in Thailand for a while now, but let’s be honest: most people still don’t really understand it. There’s confusion, fear, and a whole lot of misinformation.

We’ve talked to people who want to try CBD but don’t know where to start. Others worry it’ll get them “high,” or they just don’t trust the products they see. That’s exactly why this event exists.

Here’s what this movement is really aiming to do:

Educate Without the Noise

There’s a lot of noise out there. We want to make things simple. No buzzwords, no “wellness guru” nonsense — just clear, science-backed info about what CBD can actually do for you. Whether it’s stress, sleep, or soreness, you’ll leave knowing more than you came with.

Open the Doors to Everyone

CBD isn’t just for “cannabis people.” It’s for anyone trying to feel better, live healthier, or take control of their well-being. This event is here to break down the walls and show that CBD fits into everyday life — not just dispensary shelves.

Make CBD Normal (Because It Should Be)

We’re helping CBD step out of the shadows. It’s not some fringe trend or misunderstood product. With doctors, researchers, and wellness experts backing it, CBD is becoming a respected tool for better living — and Thailand is ready for it.

What to Expect

The CBD Cup is all about bringing good information to the surface. No hype. No fluff. Just honest conversations, real education, and the chance to meet brands doing things right.

There’ll be seminars happening at dispensaries, spas, gyms, and clinics across Thailand. Experts will be talking about everything from how CBD works in the body to how to use it safely. You’ll even be able to explore different product types — like topicals, edibles, tinctures, and flowers — and find out what works best for your lifestyle.

And yes, there’s a proper Cup competition too — where the best CBD products in Thailand will be recognized and judged by a panel of experts. If you’re curious about what great CBD looks like, this is your chance to see it up close.

CBD Cup 2025 Timeline: Here’s What’s Coming

There’s a full calendar of exciting stuff happening — and it all starts soon:

Why We’re Involved

Before we started building cbd.co.th, we ran Cannabox Media — producing videos, content, and stories around cannabis culture in Thailand. So when the Phuket Cannabis Association invited us to be part of the Cup, it felt like coming full circle.

Even though our platform is just live yet, we’ll be contributing content, coverage, and honest education through the entire journey — so people have a place to learn and explore CBD at their own pace.

Mark Your Calendar

The main event happens December 8, 2025, with build-up events and seminars starting this May. And trust us — whether you’re completely new to CBD or just want to learn more, you’ll get something valuable out of it.
